As an Intuitive Guide and Transformational Coach, Jennifer empowers individuals to release what holds them back and move toward the life they truly want. Drawing on a range of powerful mind-body techniques, she supports her clients in building self-belief, confidence, and a clear vision for lasting positive change.
With over 40 years of experience in the wellbeing industry and more than two decades running her holistic practice in East Sussex, Jennifer combines professional expertise with deep personal insight. Her approach is both grounded and intuitive, shaped by years of dedicated work and lived experience.
Jennifer is a qualified EFTi Practitioner, NLP Practitioner, HeartMath Coach, Rapid Induction Therapist, and a British School of Meditation Teacher. As a Mental Fitness Coach, she uses Positive Intelligence® techniques. All of these modalities are offered both in combination and individually, depending on the needs of each client.
Her mission is simple yet powerful: to help people reconnect with their inner strength, release emotional blocks, and step into the full potential of who they truly are.
