As an Intuitive guide and Transformational coach Jennifer supports the people she works with to achieve their goals using tools and techniques that can empower each person.
She has worked in the wellbeing industry for over 40 years, the knowledge she has gained, coupled with her own life experience has enabled her to support her many clients. She has had a holistic business for over 20 years
in East Sussex.

Jennifer is a qualified EFTi practitioner, Heart Math coach, Rapid Induction Therapist, British School of Meditation teacher and a Mental Fitness coach using Positive Intelligence techniques. She uses these modalities in combination and as stand alone solutions to help clients bring about positive and lasting change, by releasing the blocks that hold them back and building confidence and self belief along with a vision of how to achieve their full potential.
